Smart Loan to Support Customer Fully Paid Lending

Smart Loan currently provides processing that supports the lending of fully segregated shares in a location other than a customer location, as defined by 15c3-3. Using this functionality as a foundation, Smart Loan will be modified to support Customer Fully Paid Lending. The implementation of Smart Loan Fully Paid processing eliminates essentially all of the manual steps currently performed by customers today to execute these transactions through Loanet and DTC. In addition, the elimination of manual steps helps reduce the risk of errors associated with any manual procedure.
